Introducing ‘Nourish’ at Boclair Care Home

Our top priority is to deliver the very best in person-centred care for our residents and we are delighted to announce that we are partnering with Nourish, the award-winning digital care management system at Boclair Care Home.

From carrying out an initial care assessment prior to moving into the home and throughout a resident's time with us, we proudly develop personalised care plans for every resident which are recorded on Nourish. Through implementing this system, it empowers our care teams by using data to understand even better each of our residents. 

It provides insights to our team that allow for greater visibility for monitoring, analysing, and improving care practices and better decision-making, ensuring that person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do.

Via handsets, that look like mobile phones, Nourish enables our care team to accurately record at the point of care, which in turn enables them to spend more quality time with our residents instead of having to manually update care plans.

Information is recorded timely and accurately and also provides a further level of assurance for residents loved ones of the care and support that they are receiving.
